Eurofins Medigenomix Appoints New Forensic Services Director
Eurofins Medigenomix is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Burkhard Rolf as Director Forensic Services within Eurofins effective 1st October 2008.
In this new role, Dr. Rolf will be responsible for developing our scene of crime business as well as legal paternity testing. He will work closely with Dr. Rainer Schubbert, Director of Lab Operations, utilising his experience in high throughput processing of forensic reference samples and other forensic applications.
Dr. Rolf joins us from the Institute of Legal Medicine of the University of Munich, where he has spent 9 years as forensic scientist and has held a leading role as an expert witness over the last 6 years. His 12 years of scientific experience and good contacts to police forces and the forensic community will be of exceptional value for further developing our business in the forensic market. We are having now a team of leading experts and best trained technicians and can compete to any forensic lab in Germany.
