Eurofins Forensic Services had been ISO/IEC 9001 certified according to UKAS standards. The UK Accreditation Service is the sole national accreditation body recognised by the UK government.

Comité Français D'Accréditation (Cofrac) is responsible for the accreditation of all laboratories in France. Eurofins Forensic Services accreditation by Cofrac is a demonstration of its technical competence.
